![]() Bo had several recommendations in the reviews so I requested him and he did not disappoint. My friend and I couldn’t be happier with the day spent here. Spa Montage had lots of great reviews and was nearby so we went with it. I am staying in Kahana and was looking for the better spas near me. So Check out, spend time at the beach and then hit the spa, shower and clean up, then head to the airport. The spa is the solution as you have full access even the day you check out. Tip: I always hate the late night flights home and having a full day to burn with nowhere to shower up before flying. There are probably cheaper massages in the area but it was nice to feel completely pampered.Įven if I didn't buy any services the spa was definitely worth a visit every day. We had a couples massage which was very pleasant, the outdoor huts were very nice for the massages. The locker room has electronic locks on the lockers, robes and slippers to use, complimentary toiletries, and stocked showers. Poolside food was cheap for the area and good. Chairs were available in the sun and under umbrellas. The common hot tub was nice but VERY hot. Hot tub was nice with water falling down. The steam room was great, the sauna dry and not all that hot. These are outdoor but protected from view of the common areas of the spa. In the men's and women's areas there are clothing optional steam room, sauna, hot tub, and cold shower. Included items were the salinated infinity pool and hot tub (coed so suits are required). Services cost extra but it was still a good place to hit. I'm not sure who in the Kapalua resort has access to the spa but our stay at the Kapalua Villas meant we had full access to the spa included in our stay. If you want to spoil yourself this is a good way to accomplish it. I was told that the spa is going to have some cosmetic renovation done, plumbing fixtures and furniture, but it is really quite adequate in its present state, and very, very relaxing. They need to revamp the website a bit to make it more functional. Little orchid flowers in the water and a nice fruit platter were included.Īfterwards you can relax by the saline pool and eat a small lunch that is included in the $475 couple package price. The couples coconut milk infused granite soaking tub that preceded the body treatments in a outdoor cabana was delicious. Great Spa, lovely grounds, saline infinity pool, positive and friendly staff, and a highly recommended massage therapist named April. They can do this for a surcharge if you get the manager to approve it. My girlfriend wanted the 60 minute Body Polish instead of a massage. We couldn't find prices online so we stopped in yesterday and booked a tweaked Maui Romance Package for today. The spa has an online website as 'Spa Montage' since the change of ownership by the Montage as of July 1st although I was told that the employees of the previous spa were retained. ![]() It was one of the reasons I had selected Spa Montage. If you can't book online easily, please don't offer it as a choice. Started our spa experience more stressed than relaxed. Headed to the spa for the times we requested (not hearing otherwise) only to find out we missed our first appointment, and were going to be charged for this (the fee was waived, but I was made to feel it was my fault). Didn't get final appointment times until the day of, although I had been responding promptly. It took several days of email exchanges to arrange this. Cell signal was in and out while we vacationed all over the island (or out on the water), so I preferred online/email. My only difficulty was arranging the appointments. So relaxed, we couldn't find him at closing time. Everyone had a 25 minute Lomi Lomi massage, then were able to enjoy all the amenities of the spa, the pool, and shower before our flight.Įven "Traveling Pappy" if you will, who is normally wound tight came out smiling and relaxed. This was a tremendous finish to our epic family vacation. ![]() We had a 10:30 pm flight and had already checked out of our condo. We went to Spa Montage on our last day in Maui.
